Bobby Lee Parish, 63, of Litchfield, died on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at his residence.
No services will be held. Litchfield Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Parish was born on Jan. 2, 1961, in St. Louis, MO, a son of the late James Junior and Hazel Harrison Parish. He married Corinna Jeffers on Feb. 11, 1982, in Walshville, and she survives.
He began his working career with Louie Hahnekamp Sanitation, later working with several sanitation companies in Carlinville, ending his career in 2004. He loved to fish and camp and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Mr. Parish is survived by his wife; daughters, Sheila Marie (Mark) Dohleman of Girard and Emily Jo (Shawn) Hasquin of Litchfield; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brother, Wesley (Brigitte) Parrish of Germany; sisters, Peggy (Danny) Weinberg of Texas and Fanny (Jon) Chasteen of Old Ripley; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter Nicole “Nikki Sue” Parish in 1987; granddaughter, Cheayanne Dohleman; brothers, Jesse Parrish, Daniel Parrish and Mark Parrish; and sister, Rose Werner.
