Glenda Rae Robertson, 85, of Benld, died on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 3:01 p.m. at HSHS St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield.
Private family services will be held. Kravanya Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Robertson was born Aug. 18, 1938, in Staunton, to William Probst and Marie Stieglitz Probst. She married Kenneth E. Robertson on Feb. 1, 1958, in Staunton, and he preceded her in death on March 22, 2005.
She worked as a nurse’s aide at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield. Mrs. Robertson enjoyed bowling and loved her grandchildren.
Mrs. Robertson is survived by her children, Terry (Debbie) Robertson of Benld and Tina (Bob) Link of Gillespie; grandchildren, Trista Tallman, Justin Robertson and Tyanna (Stephen) Gregory; great-grandchildren, Addisyn, Jaxon, Liam and Sophia; sibling, Nancy (Donald) Kruse of Moro; stepgrandchildren Darick Stephens, Johnny Blankley and Ashley (Travis) Akalan; stepgreat-grandchildren Tyler Crippon, Garrett Stephens, Kyleigh Blankley, Louis Vollentine, Ryan Vollentine and Atreyu Akalan.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Probst.
