Debra Kay Fritzsche, 71, died Friday, July 5, 2024 at 6 p.m. at Sunrise Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Virden.
Graveside services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 27, at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Mt. Olive, with Pastor James Ritter officiating. Becker and Son Funeral Home in Mt. Olive, IL is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Fritzche was born in Litchfield on April 26,1953 to Roy “Scotty” and Mildred (Niehaus) Fritzsche. She attended Immanuel Lutheran Grade School and Mt. Olive High School, graduating with the class of 1971.
Ms. Fritzche was employed at Roller Derby Skate Corporation and Schutt Manufacturing in Litchfield as a laborer. A member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Mt. Olive, she loved to go fishing in her free time.
Ms. Fritzche is survived by a brother, Leroy Fritzsche; a nephew, Jay (Theresa) Fritzsche; a niece, Becky (Stan) Brown; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Mildred Fritzsche.
