Keith. W. Burrell, 69, of Palmyra, formerly of Carlinville, died on Saturday, May 18, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Graveside services were conducted on Friday, May 24, at Medora Cemetery, with the Rev. Cliff Woodman officiating. Davis Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville assisted with arrangements.
Mr. Burrell was born on Sept. 17, 1954, in Carlinville, to the late Ralph and Dorothy (Gilander) Burrell. He attended Carlinville schools. He married Jean Williams on Dec. 2, 2001, in Carlinville.
He was a driver for H&H Trucking in Carlinville. He enjoyed driving his truck. He loved the outdoors and any outdoor activities, especially hunting. He loved his family and friends.
Mr. Burrell is survived by his wife, Jean Burrell of Palmyra; daughters, Vicki (John) Kincaid of Carlinville, Krystal (Kenny) Ray of Carlinville, Amanda Doss of Benton and Rachelle (Joel Dixon) of Waggoner; son, Robert Steward of Waggoner; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Marion Burrell of Carlinville; sister, Ruby Pocklington of Carlinville; and several nieces and nephews.
