Amber Fay Siebert, 82, of Fillmore, died Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Friday, July 19, at Miller Funeral Home in Fillmore.
Service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Justin Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore.
Mrs. Siebert was born Sept. 24, 1941, in rural Fillmore, the daughter of the late Carlos Edwin and Ila Amber (Nelson) Voils. She married Russell Lee Siebert on Sept. 18, 1960, in Fillmore. She was a homemaker and helped manage the farm.
Her passions in life were her children, working outside on the farm, raising the pigs, gardening and watching the hummingbirds. In later life, she enjoyed her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and loved to create extensive memory books of newspaper articles of her local community and residents.
Mrs. Siebert is survived by her husband, Russell Siebert of Fillmore; sons, Dale (Shelia) Siebert of Bingham and Gerald Siebert of Fillmore and daughter, Sheri (Rick) Vandenbergh of Fillmore; grandchildren, April, Samantha, Colt, Cash and Dalton; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
