Kenneth (Kenny) Lee Thacker, 64, of Coffeen, died at his home on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2025.
A private family burial will be held at a later date. Hough-Dean Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Mr. Thacker was born on June 1, 1961, in Hillsboro, the son of Lee K. Thacker and Mary Ann (Thacker) Montgomery. A graduate of Hillsboro High School, he worked at Hillsboro Glass, several laborer positions and at Dollar General in Coffeen. He enjoyed fishing, the outdoors and playing horseshoes.
He is survived by son-in-heart Jason (Kim) Blankenship; sisters, Kathy (Brett) Reynolds and Ronda (Jeff) Meyer; and brother, Randy Montgomery.
Mr. Thacker was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ricky Montgomery.
