William Charles Davidson, 67, of Mt. Olive, died peacefully on Sept. 29, 2026, at his residence.
There will be no visitation or services.
Mr. Davidson was born on Oct. 15, 1958, in Litchfield, to Samuel William and Carol Lee (Hyde) Davidson. He married Rebecca Sue (Blythe) Davidson on July 30, 1977, and she survives.
He was retired from Tranter in Farmersville and enjoyed playing horseshoes, fishing, watching sci-fi movies, the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs.
Besides his wife, Mr. Davidson is survived by his son, Jeremy; grandson, Zachary; and his granddaughter, Arianna all of Mt. Olive.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nancy Newby; brother-in-law, Terry Newby; and his sister, Karen Boatman.
Memorials may be sent to the Davidson Family, 6679 Pine Way Drive, Mt. Olive, IL, 62069 so they can purchase a special urn for his ashes.
