Timmy Dean Taylor, 61, of Irving, died on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Oct. 8, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Funeral services will follow, beginning at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Randy White officiating. Burial will be held at Irving Cemetery.
Mr. Taylor was born April 3, 1961, in Hillsboro, to LaVerne “Gene” and Wanda (Elam) Taylor.
During his career, he worked in production at GSI Grain Systems in Assumption. He was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Taylor is survived by his parents; son, Keith Dean Taylor of Brownstown; stepdaughter, Kim Taylor of Irving; brothers, Mark Stephan Taylor and Carl Eugene Taylor, both of Irving; and two grandchildren, Jas and Dallis.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Lola “Cheeta” Durbin.
