The Lincolnwood-Morrisonville girls golf team put three players on the all-conference team at the MSM Conference Golf Tournament at Edgewood Golf Course on Wednesday, Sept. 8.
The Lancers finished second to South County, shooting a 514 to the Vipers 479, but took the fourth, fifth and sixth spots individually.
Marisa Webb was fourth on the day, shooting a 62 on the front nine and a 60 on the back half of the course for a 122. Jhia Walker finished just four strokes behind her teammate with a 126, shooting a 58 on the front nine and a 68 on the back.
Shelby Hattenbach completed the trifecta with a sixth place finish, shooting a 70 on the front nine and a 59 on the back, the team's best round on that half of the course.
In addition to the three medalists, Lincolnwood also had the seventh and ninth best scores as Kaylee Gerlach shot a 137 and Jenna Matli carded a 151.
South County's Grace Rector earned medalist honors with a 94, while her teammates, Emma Points and Myley Crow, were second and third with a 111 and a 120. Bailey Burdenski rounded out the Vipers' scoring with a 154.
Mt. Olive sent two golfers, Lili Readenour, who shot a 143 to finish eighth, and Ellie Borrowman, who shot a 152 to finish 10th.
