Richard Edwin Belovich, 84, of Litchfield, died at  10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 5, at HeritageHealth of Litchfield.

A celebration of life may be held at a later date. Kravanya Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mr. Belovich was born on May 5, 1937, in East Gillespie, to Joseph Belovich and Barbara Gavrun Belovich. He married Alma Billiter in1957 and she was the love of his life. She preceded him in death in 2004.

Mr. Belovich was a tool and die maker all his life. He even worked on a part for the first space shuttle to the moon. Mr. Belovich also made parts on fighter jets that fought in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Christian Church of Litchfield. Mr. Belovich spent his free time with his family and friends. He loved spending time at Disney World with his family, and visited the park at least 35 times. He also loved Branson and Silver Dollar City.

Mr. Belovich is survived by his daughter, Dawn (Harry) Hegel; grandchildren,Jessica (Jeff) Chandler, James (Samantha) Dagon, Amy (George) Kasarda, Nick (Kristin) Hegel, Jackie Lintzenich; great-grandchildren, Emily, Sara, Levi, John and Henry Chandler, Lorelei and Shepherd Dagon, Mackenzie, Kylie Kasarda, Hunter and Hadyn Hegel and Davey and Blake Lintzenich; great-great-grandchild, Raelynn Lintzenich; brother, Joseph (Hedy) Belovich; brothers-in-law, Roy Kirk and Teri (Tonya) Billiter; and sister-in-law, Dottie Billiter Hamman.
