Patricia “Pattie” Ann Parker, 93, of Nokomis died Monday, Nov. 20, 2023 at the Glenwood Assisted Living Facility in Greenville.
Private family services will take place Tuesday, Nov. 28 at Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis.
Mrs. Parker was born Dec. 12, 1929 in Hillsboro, the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Konya) Rohal of Taylor Springs. She attended grade school in Taylor Springs and graduated from Hillsboro High School. She was employed for many years as a receptionist for Ronk Electrical Industries. She married Bliss Parker in June of 1949. She always wore the biggest smile when in the presence of her family.
Mrs. Parker is survived by her three children, Debbie (Mike) Coling of Greenville, Jane (Gene) Miles of Sherman and Neil (Deb) Parker of Ft. Myers, FL.; grandchildren Tommy (Amanda) Randel of Rock Hill, SC. and Jessie (Justin) Hamrock of Sherman; and great-grandchildren Weston and Evalyn Randel and Jack, Joslyn, and Jace Hamrock.
In addition to her husband, Bliss, she was also preceded in death by her parents; sister Mary Kay Reck; and sons-in-law Frank Randel and Gene Miles.
