John Everett Francis, 49, of Litchfield, died on Monday, July 6, 2026, in his home.
A celebration of life is to follow at a later date.
Mr. Francis was born on January 1, 1977, the son of David Francis and Ruthann (Billiter) Francis.
He graduated from Litchfield High School with the class of 1995 and married the former Donna Faye Speed in Hillsboro on October 5, 1998.
Mr. Francis enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with family and working on vehicles in his spare time.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his sister, Heather Francis; nieces, Summer Francis, Krysta Speed of Sorento, Eva Speed of Clinton, Jayd Willis of Litchfield and Miracle Speed of Sorento; brother-in-law, Keith and Mindy Speed of Sorento; sister-in-law, Tina and Dave Cornwell of Litchfield; and mother-in-law, Connie Speed.
Mr. Francis was preceded in death by his parents; sons, David Thomas and Lewis Everett; sister, Roseann Francis; nephew, Jonathan Speed; and father-in-law, Joseph Speed.
