Charles Clifford Logsdon, 93, of Litchfield, died at 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021, at HSHS St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until time of service on Thurs. Dec. 16, at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Graveside services will begin at 2 p.m. at Elm Lawn Cemetery in Litchfield. Pastor Daniel Logsdon will officiate.

Mr. Logsdon was born on Aug. 7, 1928, in Litchfield, a son of William and Tillie (Burkhart) Logsdon. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He served during the Korean War. Mr. Logsdon was a welder. He was employed as supervisor for Barber-Coleman Co. in Loves Park. Mr. Logsdon was a member of the Litchfield Moose Lodge #1634. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Mr. Logsdon is survived by his sister, Doris Traeger of Loves Park; and several nieces and nephews. Local nieces and nephews are Dennis (Mary) Logsdon and Michael (Debbie) Logsdon. Local great-nieces and great-nephews are Daniel Logsdon, Denise (Bill) Drum, Michael (Elizabeth) Logsdon and Alan Logsdon.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, William Logsdon, Robert Logsdon, Earl Logsdon and Russell Logsdon; and one sister, Betty Triplett.
