Bonnie Wilson, 77, of Hillsboro, formerly of Springfield, died Thursday morning, Feb. 12, 2026, at Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro.
No services will be held at this time. Burial will be held at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Carlinville. Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wilson was born on April 21, 1948, in Carlinville, a daughter of Freddie C. Freytag and Alice M. Kates Fox. She graduated from Carlinville High School with the Class of 1966. She married Leonard Wilson and they had two children. She was a homemaker all her life and enjoyed her two grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Pam Webber of Port Charlotte, FL; brother, Jim (fiancée, Carla Smith) Freytag of Sawyerville; and brother-in-law, Jeff Burhman of Aurora.
Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard Wilson; son, Steven Wilson; and sister, Barb Burhman.
