Bernard “Chub” Clark, 90, of Nokomis died on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024. at home with his family by his side.

Visitation for Mr. Clark will be held on Saturday, Feb. 10 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church in Nokomis. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Nokomis Cemetery.

Mr. Clark was born on June 2, 1933, in Stonington to the late Joseph and Mary (Howard) Clark. He married his one and only love, Wilma Luttrell on May 26, 1962, and she preceded him in death on June 20, 2013. He went to work and retired from Material Service Rock Quarry in Nokomis and Kaizer Fertilizer Plant in Harvel.

Mr. Clark lived for his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was an avid bowler, loved fishing, camping, playing washers, cards and dice, rummage sales, mowing and he could fix anything, especially anything with a motor.

Mr. Clark is survived by his children, Andy (Josie) Clark of Vallejo, CA, Tom (special friend, Irene) Clark of Nokomis, Ann (Bill) Klayer of Cincinatti, OH, Helen (Greg) Archibald of Nokomis, Betty (Darrell) Wallace of Nokomis and Keith (special friend, Stephanie) Clark; son-in-law, Tom Davis of Elkton, KY; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Mary “Peanuts” Davis; brothers, John Clark, Bob Clark, Joe Clark and Floyd Clark; and sister, Irma Janssen.
