Arthur L. Manea, 77 of Staunton, died on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022, at Community Hospital in Staunton.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20, at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Father Tom Hagstrom officiating. Burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Staunton. Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Manea was born on Aug. 24, 1945, in Litchfield, a son of Arthur and Amelia (Masinelli) Manea. He worked for the State of Illinois for 35 years.
Mr. Manea was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. He enjoyed going on van excursions, shopping at Wal-Mart, and eating breakfast with Russ Masinelli.
Mr. Manea is survived by his sister, Gloria (Will) Reiser of Pleasant Plains and several cousins and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
