Hillsboro High School sophomore Jenna Durbin was crowned 2023 Old Settlers Queen on Wednesday evening, Aug. 9, at The Lodge on Main in downtown Hillsboro. Due to inclement weather, the annual queen's parade was cancelled and the coronation was moved inside.
