Nicki Lynn Dixon, 65, of Witt, died at 12:52 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Cremation rites were accorded, and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Dixon was born on March 30, 1956, in Coburg, Germany, to Raymond and Milli (Bessy) Normand. A high school graduate, she married Chuck Dixon on Dec. 30, 1995, in Springfield, and he preceded her in death in 1998. She was a homemaker who had lived in Springfield, Harvel, and Witt. She loved spending times with her friends and family. She liked to color, put together puzzles, and play video games.
She is survived by two children, Bobby (wife Brianna) Dixon of Harvel, and Michael Dixon of New Mexico; a sister, Kymberly Leng of Maine; best friend of 30 years, Jodi Rabich of Harvel; four nephews and a niece, two great-nephews and three great-nieces.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother.
