Monteaz Edward Walton, 40, of Carlinville, died on Saturday, May 21, 2022.
Friends may call at 10 a.m., until the time of service, on Friday, June 3, at Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bunker Hill Cemetery. Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Walton was born on Aug. 16, 1981, in Litchfield, to LeeC Walton and Yvonne (Anderson) Hairstron. He was an artist who enjoyed drawing all the time. Mr. Walton also enjoyed kick boxing, karate and playing basketball. He loved music and fishing. Mr. Walton was a member of the Baptist Church in Royal Lakes. He was a loving son, brother, uncle,cousin and friend to many.
Mr. Walton is survived by his parents; brothers, Lee C (Hope) Walton, Jr., Davon (Brittany) Walton, Larone (Savannah) Walton, Prince (Angela) Walton, Demarcus Walton and Alex McClure; and sisters, Patrice Walton and BrittanyMcClure.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Willie Jason Walton.
