Missouri Man Arrested On Route 16 For Meth

A Missouri man was arrested just after midnight on Thanksgiving morning after a traffic stop on Route 16 east of Litchfield resulted in a drug arrest.

Roger A. Kluge, 53, of Cadet, MO, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine between five and 15 grams, and methamphetamine delivery.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was about to pull over a vehicle whose registration plates did not match the make and model of the vehicle when the driver pulled over on Route 16 on his own.  During the traffic stop, the deputy discovered eight bags of alleged methamphetamine, cash, and other items.

Kluge was taken to Montgomery County Jail.
