Lolita “Lee” June Johnson, 95, of Raymond, died on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 7, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Harvel. Funeral services will follow, beginning at 1 p.m. at the church with Pastor Joe Nehring officiating. Burial will be held at Asbury Cemetery in Raymond. Hough Funeral Home in Raymond is assisting the family.

Mrs. Johnson was born June 11, 1927, in Hillsboro, to Ned Oscar and Ruby Fern (Brown) Bockewitz. She married Dwight M. Johnson in 1949, and they later divorced.

She was a homemaker and also co-owned the French Room.

Mrs. Johnson was a member of Harvel Trinity Lutheran Church in Harvel and belonged to the Civic Janes in Morrisonville. She enjoyed singing and dancing, but most of all, she enjoyed being with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Rise (Mark) Croenne of Raymond; two granddaughters, Heather (companion Chris) Miller and Holly (husband Mike) Beeler, both of Morrisonville; and three great-grandchildren, Logan Pennock, Callie Beeler and Hailey Beeler, all of Morrisonville.

Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ned A. Bockewitz; and sister, Marlene “Molly” Walker.
