It was the biggest class of the day, but that didn’t matter much to Litchfield’s Ryan Komor, who won his fourth WFO series race of the year on Sunday, July 18.
Racing in the Greg Moss Memorial Hare Scramble in Byron, Komor beat out 32 other riders in the 201-Open C class by completing seven laps in 1:39.25, two minutes faster than Larry Fulton of Metamora.
The victory also upped Komor’s lead in the points as he has four firsts and two seconds in six races.
Komor wasn’t the only one to come out on top as Cooper Duff won the 65cc class, despite a flat back tire slowing him down some.
Complete results have yet to be posted, but Gillespie rider Collin Johnson also put up a good showing on his Husqvarna Fc350, taking third overall in his class.
Complete results will be posted at wfopromotions.com.
