Kenneth Eugene Hopper, 57, of Mt. Olive, died Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at his residence.
No public services will be held. Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie is assisting the family.
Mr. Hopper was born Dec. 7, 1963, in Litchfield, to Lowell and Gloria (Smiddy) Hopper.
A mechanic, he was a truck driver and a scout master for the Boy Scouts. He was a member of the North American Hunting Club, the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the Gillespie Bass Club.
He is survived by his daughter, Debra Hopper of Litchfield; grandchildren, Christopher Beach of Taylor Springs, and Lukas Hopper and Ashlynn Vollintine, both of Litchfield; and siblings, Larry Hopper of Staunton and Dixie McDaniel of Swansea.
Mr. Hopper was preceded in death by his parents.
