Jacalyn G. Sarginson, 67, of Litchfield, died on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Litchfield Family Funeral Service. Funeral services will follow, beginning at 8 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Matt Houser officiating. Cremation rites will follow.
Ms. Sarginson was born Dec. 19, 1953, in Alton, to Clyde W. and Doris Lillian (Miller) Sarginson.
She graduated from Southwestern High School in Piasa and went on to obtain her associate’s degree in business and marketing.
During her career, Ms. Sarginson served as a waitress as Village Cafe in Alton.
She was a member of the All Nations Worship Center in Litchfield. She enjoyed playing and listening to music and spending time with her neighbors and close friends.
Ms. Sarginson is survived by her siblings, Monte Sarginson, Melanie Sarginson, Clyde Jeffery Sarginson, Jennifer Sarginson, Christy Temjl, Brian Sarginson and Michelle Schwab; 16 nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stepbrother, Denny Stephens; and brother, Kevin Sarginson.
