Heather Dawn Vedder, 38, of Nokomis, died Sunday, May 30, 2021, at 12:15 a.m. at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 4, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nokomis, with a visitation at 10 a.m. Burial will be held in Rosamond Grove Cemetery. Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis is assisting the family.
Ms. Vedder was born July 12, 1982, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Howard Huston of Belle, MO, and Karen “Sisk” Huston of Nokomis. She was a high school graduate and pharmacy technician.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Kadyn Vedder and Gage Vedder, both of Nokomis; and siblings, Phillip (Spring) Huston of Waggoner, Ericka (Brian) Cress of Fillmore and Ryan (Sally) Huston of Nokomis.
