Greg House, 59, formerly of Raymond, died on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at 12:20 p.m. at Lacon Nursing and Rehab.

He was born on Feb. 20, 1965, the son of Lindsey “Deak” and Doris “June” House from Raymond. He graduated with the class of 1983 from Lincolnwood High School.
“Mouse,” as he was known to his friends, was a kind and generous person who was loved by all who had the opportunity to know him. He brightened many young hearts at holiday time when he listened to their Christmas lists and passed the info on to the North Pole. He loved spending time with family and friends, cooking out and fishing.
He and Diana Beard were married on May 3, 1991, and she survives along with sons Steven and Chris; as well as grandchildren Jonah, Alayna, Jaylynn and Walker; and great-grandchild Layla. Also surviving are sisters, Sharon (Lemar) Lipe of Witt and Lynda (Scott) Roach of Orange City, FL; as well as nieces and nephews Jason Lipe of Yorkville and Shannon (Roach) Law, Stephanie (Roach) Rabich and Chris Roach, all of Raymond. Several great-nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Susan, and brother, Larry.
