Grace “Gracie” Danielle (Young) Hiller, 20, of Hillsboro, died on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021, at 6:24 p.m., at Hillsboro Area Hospital.
Visitation will be held Monday, Oct. 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 19, at the First Baptist Church in Litchfield, with Pastor Jason Plumer officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Hiller was born on Aug. 7, 2001, in Springfield, a daughter of Danny Wayne and Leslie Denise (Wagner) Young. She married Andrew Paul Hiller on Sept. 4, 2021, at Walton Park in Litchfield.
Mrs. Hiller graduated from Greenville High School with the Class of 2019. She went on to Lincoln Land Community College and received her certified nursing assistant degree. She was a home care provider with the State of Illinois DORS program. Mrs. Hiller was a member of the First Baptist Church in Litchfield. She enjoyed doing crafts, traveling, camping, fishing and being out in nature. During her high school years, she was active in the Greenville FFA Chapter and received several awards for her projects.
Mrs. Hiller is survived by her husband; father, Danny (Andrea) Young of Sorento; mother, Leslie (Randy) Staley of Litchfield; mother-in-law, Jane E. Hiller of Greenville; father-in-law, Terry E. Hiller of Farmington, MO; paternal grandparents, Eldon and Sharon Young of Sorento; brothers, Griffin Page of Hillsboro and Garrett Young of Sorento; twin sister, Gabrielle Young of Litchfield; sisters, Gillian, Gwyneth and Grier Martin all of Litchfield; and step-sister, Gracie Staley of Litchfield.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Frances Knetzer.
