Dr. Billiter Donates To Foundation

Retired longtime physician Dr. Ross Billiter of Litchfield recently made a $20,000 contribution to the Litchfield Student Education Foundation to purchase classroom materials for students in grades kindergarten through 12th.

At the middle school level, his donation will provide 270 books (three different novels) for reading classes, math manipulatives to support hands-on learning and microscopes and robots.

Donations at the elementary and middle school level total around $5,000 each. The remaining $10,000 donation was used to fund high school wish list items.
