Douglas Galer, 90, of Hillsboro died on Sunday morning, Nov. 24, at Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. He worked for many years at the Hillsboro Glass Factory and later owned and operated Galer’s Market in Hillsboro. Arrangements are incomplete at this time, but a full obituary will be printed in The Journal-News when it becomes available.
