David J. Rottinghaus, Sr., 67, of Lewistown, died on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 11:42 a.m. at Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Canton.
Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton assisted the family.
Mr. Rottinghaus was born April 25, 1953, in Hillsboro, to Glenn E. and Betty (Williams) Rottinghaus. He married Linda Hartman, and she preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children, David J. Rottinghaus, Jr., Emma Rottinghaus, Violet Rottinghaus and Daisey Hartman; stepdaughter, Sasha Negley; brother, George Rottinghaus; friend, Lisa Wheeler; and several grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Rottinghaus was preceded in death by his parents; and two children, David Jacob and Gloria Ann.
