Dale L. Neisler, 87, of Ramsey, died on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at his home.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 21, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Ramsey Christian Church. Funeral services will follow, beginning at 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Terry Sapp and Pastor Larry Daniel co-officiating. Burial will be held at Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore with full military rites. Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey is assisting the family.

Mr. Neisler was born June 24, 1934, in Witt, to Earl Newell and Grace Martha (Snook) Neisler. He married Joyce Marilyn Alexander on April 10, 1955, at the United Methodist Church in Fillmore, and she survives.

A 1952 graduate of Fillmore Community High School, he worked on the Nickel Plate Road before enlisting in the U.S. Air Force in 1954.

Mr. Neisler and his wife moved to St. Louis, MO, in 1959, where he studied electronics at Bailey Technical School. In September 1960, he was hired as an electronic technician at AT&T, where he enjoyed a 35-year career.

The couple lived in St. Louis, MO, for 38 years, raising their four children. They attended the First Church of God in St. Louis, MO, and later the First Christian Church in Florissant, MO. Upon retirement in 1997, they relocated to Ramsey, where they enjoyed old friendships and making many new ones.

Mr. Neisler was a U.S. Air Force veteran, member of Ramsey Lions and American Legion Post #460, and an elder emeritus of the Ramsey Christian Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three sons, Hal (Jill) Neisler of Festus, MO, Jared (Marcia) Neisler of Ballwin, MO, and Tim (Jennifer) Neisler of Florissant, MO; daughter, Joy (Timothy) Wingfield of Walland, TN; eight grandchildren, Alexander, Kacie, Carly, Trent, Jordan, Cameron, Connor and Courtney; and one great-grandchild, Frances “Frankie” Grace; two brothers, Don (June) Neisler of Athens and Darrell (Beverly) Neisler of Pawnee; and caregivers, Esta Johnson, Margarita Mays, Charity Layton, Alisha Russell, Jeri Lyn Carrell, Courtney Koski and Susan Lowrance.

Mr. Neisler was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Linda Arndt; and brother-in-law, Larry Arndt.

Memorials may be directed to Ramsey Christian Church or Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore.
