Cynthia “Cindy” Jane Elberg, 64, of Bunker Hill, died on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at 3:32 p.m. at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 22, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill. Graveside services will follow, beginning at 12:30 p.m. at Gillespie Cemetery.
Mrs. Elberg was born May 28, 1957, in East St. Louis, to William McKee and Sarah E. (Massey) Wilkes. She married Theodore “Ted” William Elberg on June 4, 2005, in Wilsonville, and he survives.
A homemaker, she was a member of the Life Harvest Church in Wilsonville. She enjoyed flowers and going to yard sales.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Elberg is survived by her children, Carrie Irwin of Cassville, MO, and Joe McKee of Bunker Hill; grandchildren, Tiffany (Benjamin) Ramus, Cameron Irwin and Christian Irwin; great-grandchild, Nakita Ramus; and sister, Connie Flitz of Litchfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Terry McKee; and sisters, Wanda Cook, Kelly McKee and Angie LaBruyere.
