Connie R. Oke, 78, of Nokomis, died on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022, at her home.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 6, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis. Funeral services will follow, beginning at 12 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Nokomis City Cemetery.
Mrs. Oke was born May 17, 1944, to Glen and Mary (Lewiski) Cole. She married Ronald O. Oke on June 15, 1963, in Nokomis, and he preceded her in death on Sept. 4, 2013.
She is survived by her daughter, Missy (Phil) Huber of Witt; grandchildren, Samantha Johannsen and Megan, Aaron and Alyssa Huber; great-grandchildren, Madison, Kennadie and Carter Johannsen and Theo Huber; sisters, Brenda Rompasky and Marla Cole; and brothers, Roger, Fred and Buck Cole.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Oke was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Cole; and brothers, Ronald Cole and Jackie Cole in infancy.
