Carolyn Sue (Bain) Kessinger, 76, of Benton, AR, died on July 22, 2024.
A private memorial service will be held at the VA cemetery in North Little Rock, AR.
Mrs. Kessinger was born on May 3, 1948, in Litchfield, to William and Velma Bain (Easterly). She married Loren Kessinger, Jr., and he survives.
She grew up in Litchfield, graduating from Litchfield High School with the class of 1966 before continuing her education at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She worked in the field of accounting at various businesses, including Roller Derby and Echlin.
Mrs. Kessinger was a skilled and talented crafter, known for her patience and attention to detail in the baskets, quilts and wreaths she lovingly created. She enjoyed traveling and had the opportunity to live in Illinois, Colorado, Virginia, Texas and Arkansas. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother who had deep pride in her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sister, Donna Munson; four children, Jana Wade, Diane Taylor, Austin Towell and Stephanie Kessinger; grandchildren, Ethan Richards, Will and Wyatt Taylor, Marcus and Dathan Towell and Henry Sporer.
