Bonnie J. (Yount) Berry, 79, of House Springs, MO, died on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2022.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 3 p.m. until the time of service from  7 to 7:30 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary, located at 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri.  Chapel Hill Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mrs. Berry was born on April 10, 1943, in Hillsboro, to James and Mildred (Moss) Yount. She married Donald Berry and they cherished their almost 60 years together. 

Mrs. Berry had a beautiful heart, loved her family and cared for everyone. She enjoyed an active life and loved the outdoors. Mrs. Berry had a passion for gardening, particularly plants and flowers.  With her green thumb, she created a garden oasis for birds and butterflies to frequent. She built feeders for the birds to welcome them.     

Mrs. Berry was an avid book reader.  She would frequent the library in search of a good read usually about the adventure, survival, heroism and rise of an underdog character.   Mrs. Berry enjoyed a busy life.  She wore many hats in her career – administrative assistant, home healthcare provider, and realtor.  Her true passion was real estate.  She had a long successful career in real estate with Century 21. She will be remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Bryan Berry and Jeffrey Berry; grandchild, Jessica Berry; siblings, Judy Caluetti, Jim (Catha) Yount,and Dan Yount;  along with numerous extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sibling; Imogene Barlow; and grandchild, Austin Berry.
