Anthony “Tony” Rosa, 81, of Maryland Heights, MO, died on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2023, after a long illness.
Visitation will begin at noon, followed by the service at 1 p.m., at St. John UCC, located at 11333 St. John Church Road, St. Louis, MO, on February 15, 2023. Jay B. Smith Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Rosa was born on Dec. 18, 1941, to Modesto and Rena Rosa in Litchfield. After graduating from Benld High School he went on to study at Ranken Technical College, becoming an engineer at Boeing.
Mr. Rosa is survived by his wife, Virginia Sanders; daughter, Christy (Chris) Burton; son, Brad Rosa; grandchildren, Dylan Pitts, Abigail Rosa, Elizabeth Burton, Bradley Rosa Jr, and William Rosa; as well as beloved extended family.
He was preceeded in death by his sister, Gloria Rosentreter of Benld.
