Aleta Lipe Engelhart, 92, of Goodlettsville, TN, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, in Nashville, TN.
Visitation will be held at Brentwood United Methodist Church, located at 309 Franklin Rd. in Brentwood, TN, on Friday, Oct. 11, from 10 to 11 a.m. with service to immediately follow. Inurnment will follow at Williamson Memorial Gardens, located at 3009 Columbia Ave. in Franklin, TN, at 1 p.m.
Mrs. Engelhart was born in Witt, to Cecil and Ada Jane Lipe on Aug. 25, 1932. She went to school at Nokomis High School, and married Kenneth Webster Engelhart Sr. on June 30, 1951, in Witt.
Mrs. Engelhart worked as a professional seamstress for Neil Smith for over 20 years. She was a member of Brentwood United Methodist Church for over 60 years.
Mrs. Engelhart was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; siblings, Wreatha, Ralph and Dale; and son-in-law, David Agee.
She is survived by her children, Rhonda Agee, Laura (Les) Turnage and K. W. (Lori Medley) Engelhart Jr.; special daughter-in-law, Dawn Engelhart; grandchildren, Joshua, Dawn, Dana, Tori, Brittney, Amanda, Wyatt, Daniel, Bernadette, Mary, Michael, Luke, John, Dakota, and Landon; great-grandchildren, Carson, Jaxton, Finley, Charlie, and Emma; and nephews Randy Richardson of Taylor Springs and Barry Lipe of Witt; and niece Pam Hand of Fillmore.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Alive Hospice or Brentwood United Methodist Church.
