Thomas Andrew Houser, 41, died on Thursday, July 27, 2023 in Decatur.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 12 noon on Saturday, Aug. 12, at All Nations Worship Center, 1200 E. Union Ave., in Litchfield. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service. A meal will follow the service.
Mr. Houser was born in Hillsboro on Jan. 14, 1982, to Jesse Andrew “Andy” Houser and Lori (Fox) Houser. He was a gifted musician and faithful friend to many, who always had an open heart and ear for those in need. He was a seeker of truth who enjoyed deep, meaningful conversation and quality music. He is now worshiping his Savior in eternity.
He is survived by his father, Andy Houser (Kay) of Eagarville; mother, Lori Fox Raymond of Rantoul; grandmother, Mary Brito of Rantoul; two daughters, Aubree Houser and Ava Houser of O’Fallon; a son, Elijah Hughes (Houser) of Litchfield; two brothers, Matt Houser (Merari) of Litchfield and Anthony Raymond of Thomasboro; a step-sister, Erica Schoen of Staunton; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Paul and Sue Houser; an aunt, Mary Ann Houser; an uncle, Mark Fox; and great-grandparents Thomas and Nellie Ondrey.
