Shirley Kay Clements, 53, of Morrisonville, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 8:59 a.m. at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Perfetti-Assalley Funeral Home in Morrisonville.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 16, at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jim Ferrill officiating. Interment will follow at Morrisonville Cemetery in Morrisonville.
Ms. Clements was born July 14, 1965, in Taylorville, the daughter of Donald R. and Joyce E. (Paine) Clements, Sr.
A beloved daughter and sister, she loved her family more than anything. She was the epitome of happiness.
Besides her father, she is survived by brothers, Don R. Clements, Jr. of Morrisonville and Terry E. (companion Wendy Detherage) Clements of Hillsboro; nephew, Brandon (fiancee Kayla Brewer) Clements; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Paula Clements; paternal grandparents, Arch I. and Lola May (Fisher) Clements; and maternal grandparents, Arthur T. "Cotton" and Loraine E. (Williams) Paine, Sr.
