Patricia Sue Titsworth, 73, of Litchfield, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, at 12:57 p.m. at her residence.
A funeral procession line-up will form at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. at Clear Springs Cemetery in rural Hillsboro with the Rev. James F. Ritter, pastor of Faith Lutheran Church officiating.
Mrs. Titsworth was born on Sept. 19, 1950, in Litchfield to Edward J. and Mary Velma (Beal) Zumwalt. She was a graduate of Litchfield Community High School with the class of 1968. She married Jim Lee Titsworth on Nov. 4, 1978, at Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield, and he survives.
Mrs. Titsworth was the secretary and bookkeeper for Zion Lutheran Church and School in Litchfield for 40 years until her retirement. A member of Faith Lutheran Church of Litchfield, she enjoyed riding her motorcycle, reading and cooking. Her specialty was making caramels and peanut brittle.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Chris (Sara) Zumwalt of Litchfield and Nathan (Cynthia) Zumwalt of San Antonio, TX, sister, Betty Zumwalt of Litchfield; five grandchildren, Matthew, Brody, Justin, Brianna and Tyler Zumwalt.
