Leonard Keith Miller, 89, of Fillmore, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019, at 12:45 p.m. at Taylorville Memorial Hospital in Taylorville. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 4, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Fillmore Baptist Church. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 5, at 11 a.m. at the church, with the Rev. Mike Plummer officiating. Burial will be held in Bost Hill Cemetery in Fillmore. Allen and Sutton Funeral Home in Fillmore is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Miller was born Dec. 31, 1929, in Farmersville, the son of Harrison Daniel and Beatrice Adeline (Robinson) Miller. He married Melba Dorothy Haines on May 29, 1953, in Decatur, and she survives.

He owned and operated Miller's Lime Service in Fillmore, after he served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

Along with his wife, he is survived by sons, Everett (Kay) Miller of Coffeen, and Jeff (Brenda) Miller, Gary (Joyce) Miller, both of Fillmore; daughters, Leona Miller of Macon, Cynthia Miller of Brownstown, Debra (Mike) Jackson of Fillmore, Susan (Wayne) Jackson of Vandalia and Paula (Tony) Fullerton of Westervelt; sister, Frances Keiser of Nokomis; brother, Warren (Hazel) Miller of Nokomis; brother-in-law, Mike Driscoll of Chatham; 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Verda Driscoll, Theresa VanOstran and Imogene Greenwood; brothers, Elmer Miller, Richard Miller and Kenneth Miller; granddaughter, Abigail Fullerton; great-granddaughter, Isabella Chapman; and half-sisters, Helen Smith, Agnes Waldeck and Mildred Garin.
