Charles P. “Chuck” Wolfe, 90, formerly of Litchfield, died on March 22, 2024, in Longmont, CO.
Mr. Wolfe will be interred in a private ceremony at the Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, CO.
Mr. Wolfe was born Oct. 2,1933, in Litchfield, a son of the late Charles and Esther (Kessler) Wolfe. He was raised in Litchfield, known as“Pee-Wee,” and graduated from Litchfield High School with the class of 1951. Mr. Wolfe then served in the Air Force and settled in Boulder, CO, where he lived for over 60 years.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille “Cookie”; son Mike and daughter Kristi; along with four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces Dawn Ashby and Theresa Wolfe from Litchfield and Jan Wolfe and other nephews and nieces in the surrounding area.
Mr. Wolfe was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings Warren, James, Phyllis and George.
