Carl Glen Jett, 66, of Litchfield, died at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at Hillsboro Area Hospital.
No services are planned at this time. Plummer Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Jett was born in Litchfield, on July 23, 1956, a son of John and Mildred I. (Hankins) Jett, Jr. He graduated from Litchfield Community High School with the Class of 1975. Mr. Jett attended Central Bible College where he earned his BA in theology. He was a self-employed truck driver and had also owned his own construction business. Mr. Jett enjoyed Bible study, motorcycling, karaoke, cracking jokes, pulling pranks and his schnauzer, Fritz.
Mr. Jett is survived by his brother, Ron Jett of Litchfield; sisters, M. Jean Snyder and Alice Ogden, both of Litchfield, Rose (Walter) Edrington of Witt and Catherine (Ron) Hancock of Coffeen.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
