Billy Eugene Robbins, 60, of Litchfield, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018, at his residence.
No public services will be held. Kravanya Funeral Home assisted the family.
Mr. Robbins was born April 10, 1958, in Carlinville, to William George and Josephine (Dunham) Robbins.
He made his living as a cook.
Mr. Robbins is survived by his siblings, Larry Barnes of Edinburg, Harvey Barnes of Sacramento, CA, Robert Robbins and Ronald Robbins, both of Carlinville; and special friend, Doris J. Best of Litchfield.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Shirley Barnes and Virginia Barnes; and brother, Earl Barnes.
