Beverly Sue Wright, 85, of Chatham, died on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, at Auburn Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
Cremation rites were accorded by Lincoln Land Cremation Society in Springfield. A private family service was held.
Mrs. Wright was born Oct. 13, 1933, in Jefferson City, MO, to Henry and Edna (Blackburn) Dissen. She married Terrence Wright on June 24, 1961, in Springfield, and he survives.
She graduated from Ursuline Academy, and was employed as a bookkeeper at Wells Fargo.
Mrs. Wright enjoyed reading, sewing and spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Todd (BG) Wright of Raymond; one daughter, Colleen (Juan Welsh) Wright of Eugene, OR; three grandchildren, Morgan and Jordan Wright and Duncan Welsh; two great-granddaughters, Scarlet and Tess; one brother, Jack Dissen; and her best friend, Mel.
Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter; and two brothers.
